What is your return policy?
We offer 30 day returns on all items. You will be issued a 100% refund.
The item must be returned in original condition, not worn, with the original documents, tags & box.
Engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Who will pay the return shipping cost?
United States: we will send you a complimentary return label.
International: we will send you a return label & deduct $30 from your refund.
How do I return an item?
Its simple. Just email email@example.com with your name, email address and the item you would like to return.
We will email you back a return label within 1-2 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the item back you will be contacted by email. We will issue you a refund within 5-7 business day.
Anything else I need to know about returns?
- The 30 days return period starts from the day you receive the item at your door (based on the tracking info).
- You will need to ship the item back by the 30th day of receiving it. Therefor; start the return process 1-2 days before the 30th day.

United States: FREE Second Day Shipping (UPS or FedEx)
International: $30 USD (UPS or FedEx, 3-5 Days)
Next-day: available in US for an additional $15

When will you ship my order?
Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days.
Is my order insured?
Yes, all shipping are insured for the full value of the item. You don't have to worry about lost packages.
Anything else I need to know about shipping & handling?
- In order to keep your packages secure, we only ship the order to a verified billing address. Therefor; billing and shipping address must match the billing address on your credit card. Once you place an order, our billing team will verify this info on our end. If there is any issues with the billing & shipping address verification we will contact you.
